🔑 Level ❗️15+ Pull up ❗️40+ Push up

🔑 Equipment: resistance band. Do it on floor or p-bar(easier)

🔑 If you can't do TUCK PLANCHE then start here

 🔑After achieve 5s+ TUCK PLANCHE, move to BEGINNER II
