I'm Kenzie, and this is my story.

Hi, my name is Kenzie Johnson, and I am 21 years old. I developed a strong passion for working out at a very young age. Growing up, my parents’ owned an exercise gym where I quickly realized that helping others achieve their fitness goals is something I wanted to pursue in the future. I also grew up playing basketball and volleyball, where I later ended up playing D2 college volleyball. I am now in my senior year of college where I am pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Financial Management. I’m also in the process of earning my ACE Personal Training Certification. I am now here to hold you accountable and encourage you to become consistent in the gym. No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, I have designed a workout plan for you. I’m dedicated to making your fitness journey fun, educational & apart of your everyday life. Thank you for joining, and I can’t wait to see how far you’ll come!
