I'm Lauren, and this is my story.

Hi, my name is Lauren! I am 23 years old and I’m super passionate about fitness and mental health. I started my fitness journey about 5-6 years ago because I struggled with my body image and my mental health. Working out has not only transformed my mindset, but also my body and overall health. It took lots of trial and error to get to where I am today which is why I’m passionate about helping others along their own personal journey so they can reach their goals faster.
