I'm Shelly, and this is my story.

Hi, I’m so happy you’re here! I’m Shelly, I’m in my 30s, and I began my fitness journey back in 2014 with gastric bypass surgery helping me to lose 300lbs. I ended up with a lot of loose skin and shared a video about it on the Internet. The video went viral and I now have over one million followers on TikTok. 

I have since begun both my plastics as well as my weightlifting journey, both of which I share regularly on social media. Now you can join me on MyArc where we can chat, plan, and train together!
